    90’s Beauty just Hits Different

    I’ve been feeling nostalgic lately and missing the 90s because I feel like people had unique looks and there was just a casual vibe that is lacking these days. Not shaming anybody, but people are starting to look alike with how prevalent plastic surgery and fillers have become. Also please note I originally had like 40 pics and had to narrow it so I doubled up a few lol.

      Real faces, seriously. I’m so sick of seeing frozen expressions and no wrinkles. Give me Kate Winslet, Viola Davis, Emma Thompson any day.

      We were all so young and beautiful back then, lol.

      I MISS the uniqueness of people’s faces, the features and flaws that made them THEM. I also miss how these folks were … normal?? Yes they were blessed with good genes, but they were NORMAL. Their features were found in nature, lol. Not made in a doctor’s office. And I know I may get downvoted, but I’m SO SICK of seeing FILLED LIPS. They’re EVERYWHERE, pouting like a duck ALL OVER MY SOCIAL MEDIA FEED, and they look HORRIBLE. Every time I see them, the first thought I get is “they look like someone punched them in the face.” Pls stop getting lip fillers, everybody. lol

      I mean… there are plenty of very talented beautiful actresses nowadays, I don’t have a list at hand but Lupita Nyong’o, Ana de Armas, Margo Robbie, Scarlett Johansson…
      But to answer your question, my top 3 from the 90s would be Catherine Zeta-Jones, Salma Hayek and I will never forget Cameron Diaz in The Mask.

      My wife is a beauty therapist and every time we watch something from the 90’s she’ll comment on how thin everyone’s eyebrows are and now it’s all I can see

      Catherine Zeta Jones was the most gorgeous woman alive! Stunning. Also I miss real faces, normal teeth and hair with NO EXTENSIONS!

      I love the way 90s makeup looks in photos. Something about the brown/mocha lipstick and frosty eyeshadow.

      Today, it is like going through a plastic exhibition where Ozempyc was used as a catalyst. But don’t you dare say anything!

      It’s amazing what not putting plastic in yourself can do. Now, even young attractive women do it before they’re thirty. To me, it just looks gross.
